Curtis Shaddox is a co-inventor of the SunPower Solar Sign and brings over 25 years of conceptual and industrial experience in the sign industry. There is not a project that Curtis is not willing to tackle, and many that he has been recognized for.

Troy Haefner

Executive Vice President

Troy Haefner is the other co-inventor of the SunPower Solar Sign and has been in the electrical contracting field for over 20 years. He is a 3rd generation electrical contractor.

Jim Long

Vice President of Manufacturing

Jim Long has brought to the team over 30 years of experience in the setup and operation of manufacturing and distribution chain facilities throughout the country. Jim holds a degree from the U of M in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from SMU, and a marketing degree from MIT

Bill Zitka

Vice President of Sales

Bill Zitka brings the knowledge of not only his electrical contracting background, but also his energy management systems and control panel design experience.  

Kristine Wetzel

Director of Human Resources

Kristine Wetzel is well versed in hiring the right staff, with the ability to fill any order. She earned her HR degree from MSU, along with a minor in both industrial psychology and accounting.
